Hello from Posadas Misiones! It seems as if this week has flow by, but yet I feel that I have been here for the longest time already. I have done so much, met so many people and learned a lot of Spanish. First off, I will start with my host family. It is just my host mom, Silvia, and my host dad, Osvaldo, in the house. They are the sweetest people. I am truly lucky. They not only have taken me into their home, but have really tried to make me feel as if this is my own home. My aunt and uncle live right next door and have a little girl named Nila. She is only 4 and is totally confused on why I am here. Every time I see her, she gives me this look as if she was questioning if I am human. I find it very amusing. I also have a cousin that is 19. Her name is Ivanna. She knows some english, so she helps me translate things I don't know (which is a lot). She was the first person to be my friend here. It is so comforting to have someone that understands the points I want to make. The whole family is so welcoming and wonderful.
